By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the services provided by Tyceno.gg.

1. Account & Conduct

Account Responsibility

You may be required to authenticate (via Discord) to access features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access methods and for all activities that occur under your ID.

Usage Limits

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of any third party or restrict anyone else's enjoyment of the platform.

2. Intellectual Property

All content (text, graphics, logos, proprietary software mechanisms) remains the exclusive property of Tyceno.gg.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the ecosystem mechanics without written consent.

3. Vault & Bonus System

THE ECOSYSTEM RULES

The Vault is a community prize pool system where users earn keys through activity on partner platforms using code TYCENO.

Linking RequiredYou must link a valid Discord account to participate and claim keys.

Earning MechanicsKeys are generated based on new wagers ($2,000 = 1 Key). Only wagers made after establishing your baseline count.

Provably FairThe vault system utilizes provably fair algorithms for prize selection to ensure total transparency.

Zero ToleranceMulti-accounting or farming abuse results in immediate permanent disqualification.

4. Prohibited Conduct & Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access instantly without notice for any breach of terms. Upon termination, any unused Vault keys are forfeited.

Strictly Prohibited:

Illegal, fraudulent or malicious activities
Impersonating Tyceno staff or other users
Distributing harmful or discriminatory content
Use of automation/botting tools

5. Liability & Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS". WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT DAMAGES, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR DATA LOSS ARISING FROM USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING ISSUES RELATED TO VAULT KEY DISTRIBUTION OR PRIZE CALCULATIONS.
